Midwest ATC Is Now in Antarctica
U.S. Navy SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic Awards Contract to DIGITALiBiz, Inc., Subcontractor Midwest ATC
March 1, 2018 – Midwest Air Traffic Control Service, Inc. (Midwest ATC) announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract position on a contract for engineering and operational support with the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Division of Polar Programs. As a subcontractor to DIGITALiBiz, Inc., Midwest will be providing all Air Traffic Control and Flight Following Services at SSC Atlantic in Charleston, SC as well as the McMurdo Station in Antarctica.
